Customised Umbrella Samples and Virtual Mock-Ups

When looking for a promotional product online, we understand that the overall look will be a great concern that is why we provide one free virtual mockup per order to ensure you know exactly how you design will appear once completed. We also offer affordable umbrella samples if you wish to experience the quality of the item for yourselves. Pre-production samples, inclusive of your decoration, can be ordered for an additional fee.

How Do I Order a Sample or Mockup?

Call our office on 1 300 858 288 or email us at sales@umbrellaplanet.com.au and speak with a team member. Be sure to advise which product you are interested in, your name, phone number, and where you would like any physical sample sent. Please keep in mind we are  unable to send any samples to P.O. box numbers.

Another option would be to visit our office in the CBD to have a chat with our sales team in person. Please call or e-mail us before visiting our showroom (see here). We advise to make an appointment to insure the product you are after is in stock and a team member is free to take you through the products one-on-one.
