Umbrella Ordering Process
Our friendly staff are here to help take the stress out of ordering promotional goods. We accomplish this by promising that any quotes will be forwarded to you within 1 hour (during businesses hours of 9-5 EST). If you are happy with your quote and wish to proceed with an order, simply email us back with your desired artwork for branding in .AI, .EPS or .PDF format (saved with vectorised outlines). We will also require a street delivery address to provide pricing for delivery, as well as to forward to the factory team to prepare for dispatch.
Once this information has been received, we will provide you with a virtual mock up of the completed product as well as an estimated delivery date and invoice for your order. Payment is always in full and prior to production unless otherwise agreed upon by your account manager. With your approval, the customised umbrellas will be put into production. Our staff will guide you along the way as the units near completion.
